We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To begin a return request, please contact us at info@iviory.com with your order number and reason for return.
Order Cancellations
Please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.
Because of this, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible once an order has entered processing or shipment.
If your order has already been processed, you will need to wait until delivery and follow the return process outlined below.
Approved refunds, when applicable, are typically processed within 10 business days.
Returns & Refunds
All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note:
- Used, worn, damaged, or improperly handled items are not eligible for refunds
- Items purchased during promotional sales, limited-time offers, or with discount codes may be considered final sale
- Returns sent without approval may not qualify for a refund
If a return is approved:
- Inspection may take up to 10 business days after arrival
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account
All refunds are processed in USD ($USD). Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package all orders before shipment.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility for a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.
Please note that damaged outer packaging alone does not qualify as product damage if the item itself remains functional and intact.

Iviory is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product guidance.
If you experience any issue or discomfort while using one of our products, discontinue use immediately and contact our support team.
Shipping & Delivery
We work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible; however, shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control may occasionally occur.
Iviory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.
